Colliers International Real Estate Conference 2018 Guide

Now is the time to register for Colliers International annual real estate conference. The conference is held downtown at the new Boise Center East location that was just completed in July of 2017. This conference will focus on local and national real estate market trends and forecasts. It includes two speeches from industry luminaries Gordon Jones (Founding Dean, College of Innovation & Design, BSU Commissioner, Capital City Development Corp) and Sara Bush (Director, Okland Construction | Salt Lake City, UT). It will also include a real estate panel discussion that includes Mike Pena, Devin Ogden, Jamie Anderson, John Starr, Mallisa Jackson, Don Zebe, and Lew Manglos and will be moderated by Colliers International’s own Clay Anderson.

This year, the conference kicks off at 3:00pm and runs to 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018. You can register here at the conference website. The conference is free of charge to attend, but you must register to save your spot and spots are filling up quickly and space is limited. If you’re in the commercial real estate scene in Boise, then this is the conference for you. But, don’t take our word for it! Watch last year’s highlight reel here:

Before attending the event, it’s best to know a little more about Colliers International and their role as one of Idaho’s leading authorities in commercial real estate. They provide a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors and our investment experts handle financial structuring and marketing on behalf of buyers and sellers. As a Canadian company, their headquarters is located in Toronto, Ontario. They have a global market presence that spans 69 countries with over 12,000 employees. Colliers has a long history with Idaho dating back to 2001. They are the only full service brokerage firm in the state that offers global research and analysis, innovative marketing strategies and support from more than 15,000 skilled professionals around the world.

They have been listed as one of the top ten best places to work in Idaho not once, but twice! First back in 2010 and just again this year ranking 3rd overall in the medium size category. Learn more about that award here and about their other awards and accolades here. Giving back to the community and fostering a tight-knit office atmosphere are really important to the people of Colliers. They recognize that every business has a chance to make a positive impact on the community around them. This is important because the people and families that work for any company are also part of the local community and are impacted by the good things that can be done. What’s good for the community is good for Colliers and their employees.

We can’t wait to see you at our annual real estate conference this year. It will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals, learn more about the current and future market trends, and be a bigger part of the Idaho real estate community. See you there!
