A family favorite and Idaho bucket list staple, the spectacular Ann Morrison Park firework display is a must see every year. Get there early and start partying (responsibly) with your friends and family. The fireworks start at 10:15pm. There will be food and music in the park prior, so be sure to get there early and enjoy. Please leave pets at home and bring lots of sunscreen! The event is free to the public and be sure to tune into 107.1FM KHITS to hear the music that goes along with the fireworks display.
For us early birds out there, we make a lot of sacrifices in order to get up early on a regular basis. We miss out on midnight movie premieres, New Year’s Eve kisses, and Black Friday deals. But, being an early riser has its rewards as well. Rise up this 4th of July and partake in a pancake feast. The morning of July 4th, head on over to Julia Davis Park between the hours of 7:00am and 11am. This is a great family friendly event put on by the local Gem State Kiwanis club. Price: Kids 13 and Under $6, Adults $8, Seniors $7, Families of 2 adults and with 2 or more children $25, Active Duty Military and family FREE.
Have a great time celebrating our country’s independence in Boise, Idaho! Remember to be safe, drink a lot of water, and have a ton of fun.
